240-Slot Avalon 2U Hydro Container Deployed in Dallas

Project Description

Our avalon hydro cooling container enabled an industrial-scale Bitcoin mining facility in Dallas, United States, to energize a high-capacity 2.4MW computing block. Designed to handle 240 units of Avalon A1566HA 2U miners in a standardized 40HQ form factor, the deployment resolved persistent substation grid stability and regional thermal dissipation challenges.

Each 240-slot enclosure features a walk-in C-class datacenter layout with acoustic insulation, dual internal maintenance corridors, and high-flow secondary hydraulic loops. Quick-connect dry cooling connections allowed the installation team to drop the 40-foot box onto reinforced concrete foundations and finalize electrical tie-ins within forty-eight hours.

Operating continuously under high summer load, the 2.4MW facility maintains 99.8% uptime with a measured 1.04 PUE. Liquid heat extraction directly over the A1566HA hashboards eliminated server thermal throttling, delivering near-silent operation and stable utility-scale hash output across all 240 Avalon miners.
