8-Unit 10MW Antminer 3U Hydro Cluster in Charlotte

Project Description

An energy group in Charlotte, North Carolina, secured 10MW of utility power and planned an outdoor facility dedicated to heavy 3U server hardware. The project required high space efficiency and reinforced infrastructure capable of handling dense server-grade miners. To meet these site parameters, we delivered 8 units of our antminer 3u hydro container.

Each 40-foot container features a 104-slot dual-row layout equipped with 3U sliding rails, electrical distribution, and dedicated closed-loop dry coolers. The rail mechanism allows technicians to slide out and service heavy miners safely, while the internal layout improved overall site space efficiency by thirty percent compared to standard modular designs.

From transformer pad placement to final water loop commissioning, the project took five weeks to complete. The 10MW facility was energized in 2024, cutting ongoing energy costs by twenty-two percent and generating $1.25M in annual operational savings through balanced liquid circulation across all 832 server-grade slots.
