420-Slot Turnkey Bitcoin Mining Container Buildout in Atlanta

Project Description

An industrial operator in Atlanta, Georgia, secured 28.8MW of grid capacity to host 5,040 Antminer hydro ASICs. To eliminate high on-site electrical labor costs and yard constraints, we delivered 12 units of our 2.4MW 420-Slot Antminer Hydro Cooling Container 40FT HQ. Each turnkey bitcoin mining container incorporates roof-stacked dry coolers, avoiding separate radiator fields and maximizing pad efficiency.

To speed installation, all internal power distribution and large-diameter stainless manifolds arrived pre-wired and factory-tested. Balanced internal CDU circulation maintains equal pressure across all 420 slots under full load. Crane crews mounted the integrated dry cooler decks directly onto container roofs, cutting on-site deployment time by 30% without complex field wiring.

Operating at continuous full load, the facility delivers a measured 32% increase in cooling efficiency compared to standard air-cooled retrofits. Eliminating external radiator piping and utilizing intelligent hydronic balancing reduced thermal throttling across all 5,040 active miners, generating over $1.5M in annual operational savings for the enterprise operator.
